1、如何(he)區分重故障(zhang)和輕故障(zhang)?

輕故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)時(shi),系統發出報警信號,故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示燈閃爍(shuo)。重故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)發生時(shi),系統發出故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示,故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示燈常亮。同(tong)時(shi)發出指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)令去分(fen)斷高(gao)壓(ya)、合(he)閘禁止,并(bing)對(dui)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)信息、高(gao)壓(ya)分(fen)斷指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)令作記憶處理。重故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)狀(zhuang)態不消除,故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示、高(gao)壓(ya)分(fen)斷指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)令依然有(you)效。

2、輕故障都有哪些?

輕故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)包括:變(bian)(bian)壓器超溫報(bao)(bao)警、柜溫超溫報(bao)(bao)警、柜門打開(kai)、單元旁路,系統對輕故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)不(bu)作記憶處理,僅有故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)指示(shi),故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)消失后(hou)報(bao)(bao)警自(zi)動消除。變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器運行中(zhong)出(chu)現輕故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)(bao)警,系統不(bu)會(hui)停(ting)機。停(ting)機時(shi)出(chu)現輕故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)(bao)警,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器可以繼續啟動運行。 

3、重故障具體都有(you)哪些? 

系(xi)(xi)統發(fa)生(sheng)下列故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)時,按照重故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)處(chu)理,并在(zai)監視器(qi)(qi)左上(shang)(shang)角顯示重故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)類型:外(wai)(wai)部(bu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)熱、柜(ju)溫過(guo)熱、單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、變(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)過(guo)流、高(gao)壓(ya)失電、接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)板(ban)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)不通訊、接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)板(ban)不通訊、電機過(guo)載、參數(shu)錯(cuo)誤、主控(kong)板(ban)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)。單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)包括(kuo):熔斷器(qi)(qi)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)過(guo)熱、驅動故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、光纖故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)過(guo)壓(ya)。外(wai)(wai)部(bu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)必須先解除(chu)高(gao)壓(ya)分(fen)斷(柜(ju)門(men)按鈕或外(wai)(wai)部(bu)接(jie)(jie)點(dian))狀(zhuang)態再(zai)系(xi)(xi)統復位,才(cai)能使系(xi)(xi)統恢(hui)復到(dao)正常(chang)(chang)狀(zhuang)態;除(chu)外(wai)(wai)部(bu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)以外(wai)(wai)的重故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)發(fa)生(sheng)后,直接(jie)(jie)系(xi)(xi)統復位即可使系(xi)(xi)統恢(hui)復到(dao)正常(chang)(chang)狀(zhuang)態,但在(zai)再(zai)次(ci)上(shang)(shang)電前(qian)一(yi)定要找出(chu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)原因。單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)發(fa)生(sheng)后,只有再(zai)次(ci)上(shang)(shang)高(gao)壓(ya)電源方(fang)能檢測到(dao)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)狀(zhuang)態。若故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)較(jiao)難分(fen)析且無(wu)法確定能否二(er)次(ci)上(shang)(shang)高(gao)壓(ya)時,請向廠(chang)商(shang)咨詢。注意:切忌在(zai)未查明故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)原因前(qian)貿然二(er)次(ci)上(shang)(shang)電,否則可能嚴重損壞變(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)!

4、變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警當變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)溫(wen)控儀測量溫(wen)度大(da)于其設置的報(bao)警溫(wen)度(默認設置為100℃)時(shi),溫(wen)控儀超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警觸點(dian)閉合;

5、柜溫(wen)(wen)超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)報警單元柜測溫(wen)(wen)點的溫(wen)(wen)度大于55℃時(shi),系統會發出柜溫(wen)(wen)超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)輕(qing)故障報警。    

檢(jian)查單元(yuan)柜柜頂風(feng)機(ji)是(shi)否工(gong)作正常,安裝于(yu)二(er)次(ci)室內的風(feng)機(ji)開(kai)關(guan)是(shi)否跳閘; 過濾(lv)網(wang)是(shi)否堵塞(sai)(拿一張A4紙置于(yu)過濾(lv)網(wang)上(shang),看是(shi)否能吸附,否則需(xu)要清潔過濾(lv)網(wang)); 變頻器是(shi)否長期工(gong)作于(yu)過載(zai)狀態; 環(huan)境(jing)溫度是(shi)否過高(環(huan)境(jing)溫度應低于(yu)45℃,否則需(xu)要加強通風(feng)(墻上(shang)安裝通風(feng)機(ji)或柜頂安裝風(feng)道)或安裝制冷(leng)設備); 變壓器柜風(feng)機(ji)控制和保(bao)護(hu)電路是(shi)否正常。

6、變(bian)壓器過熱重(zhong)故障(zhang)

變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)熱(re)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)溫控(kong)(kong)(kong)儀測(ce)量(liang)溫度(du)大于其設置(zhi)的(de)跳閘溫度(du)(默認設置(zhi)為(wei)130℃)時(shi),溫控(kong)(kong)(kong)儀跳閘觸(chu)點閉合(he),系統會(hui)報(bao)(bao)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)熱(re)重故障。 溫控(kong)(kong)(kong)儀顯示(shi)的(de)溫度(du)是(shi)否在130度(du)以上,若(ruo)不(bu)是(shi)則檢(jian)查溫控(kong)(kong)(kong)儀的(de)超(chao)溫報(bao)(bao)警值是(shi)否設定(ding)為(wei)130度(du); 其余檢(jian)查項見變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)超(chao)溫報(bao)(bao)警。  

7、柜(ju)溫(wen)過熱  

單元柜(ju)測(ce)溫點(dian)的溫度大于60℃時,系統(tong)會報(bao)柜(ju)溫過熱重故(gu)障。  檢(jian)查項(xiang)見柜(ju)溫超溫報(bao)警。 

8、柜門聯(lian)鎖報警行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)開關是(shi)否(fou)(fou)與柜門頂(ding)碰件壓實; 行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)開關的(de)“預行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)”和“過行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)”是(shi)否(fou)(fou)合適; 行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)開關電氣(qi)功能是(shi)否(fou)(fou)工作正常; 否(fou)(fou)則更(geng)換接(jie)口(kou)板。 

9、控制(zhi)器(qi)不(bu)通訊確認監視(shi)器(qi)控制(zhi)板(ban)(ban)到(dao)主控板(ban)(ban)的通訊線是(shi)否(fou)連接無(wu)誤(wu),確認監視(shi)器(qi)控制(zhi)板(ban)(ban)上的+15V與+5V正確無(wu)誤(wu); 更換(huan)主控板(ban)(ban)。 更換(huan)監視(shi)器(qi)。 

10、主控(kong)(kong)板(ban)故障(zhang)監視(shi)(shi)器(qi)與控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)已建(jian)立通訊(xun),監視(shi)(shi)器(qi)檢測主控(kong)(kong)板(ban)有故障(zhang),則報主控(kong)(kong)板(ban)故障(zhang)。 更換監視(shi)(shi)器(qi)。 更換主控(kong)(kong)板(ban)。

11、接(jie)口板不通(tong)訊(xun)監視器與接(jie)口板未建立通(tong)訊(xun),接(jie)口板將每5秒鐘復(fu)位一次監視器,在3分30秒仍(reng)未建立通(tong)訊(xun),將判(pan)斷為(wei)重故障。 通(tong)訊(xun)線是否正(zheng)常,檢(jian)查接(jie)線端子是否正(zheng)確; I/O板工作(zuo)(zuo)是否正(zheng)常.尤(you)其是工作(zuo)(zuo)電壓; I/O主控板外芯片是否插好。 

12、參(can)數(shu)錯誤(wu)(wu)在修改參(can)數(shu)的時(shi)候,如果設(she)置(zhi)的參(can)數(shu)有誤(wu)(wu)(同步矢(shi)量控制時(shi)可能報(bao)此故障),則(ze)報(bao)參(can)數(shu)錯誤(wu)(wu)故障,請(qing)重新修改參(can)數(shu),按(an)復(fu)位按(an) 鈕。 

13、外(wai)部故障本地高(gao)壓分斷(duan)按鈕閉(bi)合(he)或接口板上高(gao)壓分斷(duan)接點閉(bi)合(he)時,系(xi)統將(jiang)報外(wai)部故障。 高(gao)壓分斷(duan)按鈕是否按下; 高(gao)壓分斷(duan)端(duan)子(zi)是否短路; 接口板壞;上級(ji)高(gao)壓電源消失。

14、高壓失(shi)電 

一般由正常(chang)分閘操作(zuo)引起。若出現異常(chang)高壓斷電情況(無(wu)(wu)故(gu)障記錄、無(wu)(wu)分閘操作(zuo)),請檢查上級開關柜分閘回(hui)路。

15、變頻(pin)器(qi)過(guo)流變頻(pin)器(qi)輸出電(dian)流超過(guo)變頻(pin)器(qi)額(e)定電(dian)流的1.5倍(bei)時(shi),變頻(pin)器(qi)將(jiang)過(guo)流保護(hu)。

輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓檢(jian)(jian)測板是否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang),有(you)無明顯短路、放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)痕(hen)跡(ji); 光(guang)纖是否(fou)插(cha)緊,主(zhu)回路連(lian)接螺釘(ding)是否(fou)緊固;霍爾元件(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源是否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)、霍爾元件(jian)(jian)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)信號(hao)是否(fou)正(zheng)確; 檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)參數(shu)設置加速(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間是否(fou)過短、轉矩提(ti)升(sheng)是否(fou)過大(da)、啟動頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)是否(fou)過高; 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)或負載機(ji)(ji)械是否(fou)堵(du)轉,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)繞組和(he)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)是否(fou)損壞(huai); 確保所有(you)單(dan)(dan)元工(gong)作(zuo)正(zheng)常(chang)(拆下單(dan)(dan)元連(lian)接銅排,使(shi)用萬用表或示波器(qi)(qi)檢(jian)(jian)測單(dan)(dan)元輸(shu)入輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)波形是否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)); 輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是否(fou)過低(di); 在變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)的輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)側(ce)有(you)功率(lv)因數(shu)矯正(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容或浪涌(yong)吸收裝置,它與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感有(you)可(ke)(ke)能引起諧(xie)振。取消相關器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian); 單(dan)(dan)元檢(jian)(jian)測板是否(fou)有(you)短路及損壞(huai)。 如果排除了以上原因仍(reng)有(you)故障,請更(geng)換控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)信號(hao)板或主(zhu)控(kong)板。在有(you)些現(xian)場,因為齒(chi)槽效應等影響,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)低(di)速(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)波動很  大(da),此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)可(ke)(ke)能出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)限(xian)流(liu),使(shi)得變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)加速(su)、限(xian)流(liu)減速(su)等反復,而無法正(zheng)常(chang)加速(su)或造成過流(liu)保護,這種情(qing)況(kuang)下需要  減  小(xiao)加速(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,加大(da)限(xian)流(liu)系數(shu),使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)快(kuai)速(su)通過波動區域,避(bi)免(mian)過流(liu)保護。(此(ci)情(qing)況(kuang)若有(you)單(dan)(dan)元輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低(di),則更(geng)換該單(dan)(dan)元)。 

16、電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)流變頻器輸出電(dian)流大于電(dian)機(ji)額定電(dian)流1.2倍并持續(xu)超過(guo)2分(fen)鐘。 檢查(cha)參數設置電(dian)機(ji)額定電(dian)流設置是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正確; 電(dian)機(ji)或負載(zai)機(ji)械(xie)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)堵轉; 電(dian)源電(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)否(fou)過(guo)低。 

17、變頻器(qi)運(yun)行后電機不(bu)轉 

檢(jian)查變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)是否(fou)有(you)(you)接(jie)(jie)觸器(qi)或開關類設備; 檢(jian)查變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)一次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)是否(fou)連接(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機; 觀察監視器(qi)是否(fou)有(you)(you)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)以(yi)及輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,若(ruo)有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、無電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)則說明(ming)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的主回路(lu)(lu)開路(lu)(lu),若(ruo)有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),則檢(jian)查電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian) 纜(lan)是否(fou)有(you)(you)單(dan)相接(jie)(jie)地情況,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機轉子(zi)繞組是否(fou)開路(lu)(lu)。 

18、單元重故障(包括熔(rong)斷器、驅(qu)動、過(guo)(guo)熱(re)、過(guo)(guo)壓、光纖故障) 

單(dan)元(yuan)重(zhong)故(gu)障(zhang)共有5種,包括(kuo)熔斷器故(gu)障(zhang)、驅(qu)動故(gu)障(zhang)、單(dan)元(yuan)過熱、單(dan)元(yuan)過壓、光纖故(gu)障(zhang),其中前3種故(gu)障(zhang)可以旁路(若單(dan)元(yuan)帶(dai)有旁 路功能,且旁路級數設置為非0 時有效)。 

19、熔斷器故障 檢測到單元缺相時,報熔斷器故障。 

請(qing)檢查是(shi)(shi)否因(yin)為主電源(yuan)停(ting)電引(yin)起;單(dan)元的三相(xiang)進線是(shi)(shi)否松動(dong);進線熔斷(duan)器是(shi)(shi)否完好,若熔斷(duan)器開路(lu),請(qing)更換(huan)單(dan)元。 

20、驅動故障 

檢查單元電壓檢測板是否(fou)(fou)短路,若(ruo)短路會引起A1,B1及C1單元報(bao)驅(qu)動故障; 功率單元輸出端(duan)L1、L2是否(fou)(fou)短路,否(fou)(fou)則為單元IGBT損壞,請更換單元; 電機絕緣是否(fou)(fou)完好;負載是否(fou)(fou)存在機械故障。 

21、單元過(guo)熱 

單元內散熱器上(shang)裝(zhuang)有溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)開(kai)關(常閉(bi)點),溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)超過85℃時,溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)繼(ji)電器常閉(bi)點斷開(kai),報單元過熱故障(zhang)。 

檢查柜頂(ding)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)工作正常、單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)柜風(feng)(feng)機(ji)開(kai)關是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)跳(tiao)閘(zha)、過(guo)(guo)濾網(wang)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)堵塞(sai)(拿(na)一張A4紙(zhi)置于過(guo)(guo)濾網(wang)上,看(kan)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)能(neng)吸附(fu),否(fou)(fou)(fou)則需(xu)要清潔過(guo)(guo)濾網(wang)); 是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)長期工作于過(guo)(guo)載狀態、環(huan)境(jing)溫度(du)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)過(guo)(guo)高(環(huan)境(jing)溫度(du)應低于45℃,否(fou)(fou)(fou)則需(xu)要加強(qiang)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)),墻上安裝通(tong)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)或柜頂(ding)安裝風(feng)(feng)道或安裝制冷設備; 單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)控制板壞,最后檢查功率單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)溫度(du)繼電器是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)正常。

22、單元過壓 

直流母線電壓超過(guo)保(bao)護值,變頻器報單元過(guo)壓。 

變頻器(qi)運(yun)行時,若某個單(dan)元的輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低,會(hui)引起三相輸出(chu)不(bu)平衡,而報單(dan)元過(guo)(guo)壓(ya); 在(zai)空(kong)載電(dian)機調(diao)試時,比(bi)較(jiao)容易出(chu)現直流母線過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)和A1/B1/C1單(dan)元過(guo)(guo)壓(ya),此時,可以(yi)適當(dang)調(diao)低基準(zhun)電(dian)壓(ya)。 

檢查輸入(ru)的高壓(ya)電源是(shi)否超(chao)過允許(xu)最大值(電源電壓(ya)過高時,可調整變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)接頭接到 105% 處); 減(jian)速(su)過程中出現過電壓(ya),請適當增加變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)的減(jian)速(su)時間設定值。

23、光纖故障(zhang) 

當系統在上電(dian)狀態(tai)下檢測不到(dao)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)通(tong)訊(xun)時(shi),報光纖故障。 功(gong)(gong)率(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)控制電(dian)源是(shi)否(fou)正常(正常時(shi),綠(lv)色指(zhi)示燈亮),否(fou)則更換功(gong)(gong)率(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan); 功(gong)(gong)率(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)以及控制器(qi)的光纖連接頭是(shi)否(fou)脫落,光纖是(shi)否(fou)折斷。 

24、單(dan)元(yuan)旁(pang)路 

單元配置(zhi)有旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)的硬件(jian)、參(can)數設置(zhi)中旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)級數為非零時(shi),若單元出現驅動故障(zhang)、熔斷器(qi)故障(zhang)、單元過熱這三種故障(zhang)時(shi),將發生 單元旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)。 

若一個(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發生故障被(bei)旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)(lu),則另(ling)外兩(liang)(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)同位置的(de)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)亦將被(bei)旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)(lu),此(ci)時,變頻器(qi)仍可以啟(qi)動(dong)和(he)運行(xing),但是因每相(xiang)(xiang)串聯(lian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)數量(liang)減少,額定(ding)輸出電壓和(he)額定(ding)容量(liang)都將降低。發生單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)(lu)時,一定(ding)要查明原因,并盡快停(ting)機更(geng)換故障單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(其余  兩(liang)(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)被(bei) 旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)無(wu)需(xu)更(geng)換);  清(qing)理單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)驅動(dong)板(ban)與單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)控制板(ban),若此(ci)兩(liang)(liang)塊(kuai)電路(lu)(lu)(lu)板(ban)集(ji)塵太(tai)厚(hou)可能引起誤報。

25、運行頻率與給定頻率不(bu)一致 

這種情(qing)況有以下(xia)幾種原因(yin) 加(jia)減速過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中,受(shou)加(jia)減速時(shi)(shi)間的限(xian)(xian)制(zhi),輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)頻(pin)率到達給定(ding)頻(pin)率有一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)程; 系(xi)統電壓(ya)過(guo)(guo)(guo)高時(shi)(shi)減速,變(bian)頻(pin)器出(chu)(chu)(chu)于(yu)自身保護(hu)的要求(qiu),此時(shi)(shi)頻(pin)率不能停留在(zai)一(yi)個數(shu)值(zhi)點上(shang),以避免直流(liu)母線過(guo)(guo)(guo)壓(ya)保護(hu)。此時(shi)(shi)建議將變(bian)壓(ya)器分接頭接到105%上(shang); 變(bian)頻(pin)器輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)電流(liu)超過(guo)(guo)(guo)設置的限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電流(liu)值(zhi),變(bian)頻(pin)器自動(dong)降頻(pin)以降低(di)輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)電流(liu),避免過(guo)(guo)(guo)流(liu)保護(hu)跳閘。這種情(qing)況一(yi)般出(chu)(chu)(chu)現在(zai)輸入電壓(ya)過(guo)(guo)(guo)低(di)或負載突增時(shi)(shi); 

瞬時(shi)(shi)停電(dian)時(shi)(shi),為了維持電(dian)機在(zai)可(ke)控(kong)狀態,變(bian)頻器(qi)將自(zi)動減速(su),從電(dian)機處獲(huo)得能量; 霍爾元件、單(dan)元檢測板(ban)或是(shi)信號板(ban)發生故障。 

26、監視(shi)器(qi)黑屏 

按下(xia)柜門上的(de)系(xi)(xi)統復(fu)位按鈕(系(xi)(xi)統復(fu)位不會影響變頻器正(zheng)常運行狀(zhuang)態);若(ruo)仍(reng)不能恢(hui)復(fu),則(ze)檢查監視器的(de)電源端子是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)(fou)脫落、 連接線(xian)(xian)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)(fou)松動、5V及(ji)15V電源是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)(fou)正(zheng)常、監視器線(xian)(xian)路是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)(fou)有明顯(xian)損傷; 是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)(fou)存在干擾現象(xiang),否(fou)(fou)(fou)(fou)則(ze)請(qing)更換監視器。 

27、參數無(wu)法修改 

在功能參(can)數(shu)(shu)中參(can)數(shu)(shu)修改(gai)選項設置為(wei)禁止時(shi),則除該參(can)數(shu)(shu)及給(gei)定頻率或給(gei)定參(can)量外,其余所有參(can)數(shu)(shu)均(jun)無法修改(gai)。 

在運行過程中,大部分(fen)參數均(jun)無法修(xiu)改。 

28、停(ting)機后變頻器自(zi)動重啟 

在遠(yuan)程(cheng)控制模式下,啟、停只能(neng)通(tong)過(guo)遠(yuan)程(cheng)端子。 

若(ruo)參數設置中的啟動(dong)方(fang)式(shi)為電平啟動(dong)(閉合(he)啟動(dong),斷(duan)開(kai)停(ting)機(ji)),在(zai)(zai)運行(xing)過程(cheng)中緊急停(ting)機(ji)信號斷(duan)開(kai)或(huo)通(tong)過其他(ta)方(fang)式(shi)使變(bian)頻器停(ting)機(ji)  ,變(bian)頻器會(hui)立(li)即自由(you)停(ting)機(ji),但是當緊急停(ting)機(ji)信號重新閉合(he)后,因(yin)為遠程(cheng)啟動(dong)電平信號仍在(zai)(zai),變(bian)頻器會(hui)自動(dong)啟動(dong)運行(xing)。 

29、變頻(pin)器上電(dian)

即跳閘 變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)上電(dian)(dian)時,因變(bian)壓器(qi)的激磁涌(yong)流和單元電(dian)(dian)容充(chong)電(dian)(dian),瞬時電(dian)(dian)流有效值最高可達到變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)額定電(dian)(dian)流的6-7倍,持續時間幾十毫 秒;若(ruo)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)上級(ji)電(dian)(dian)流保護(hu)整定值過小,會造成上級(ji)開(kai)關(guan)速斷保護(hu)跳閘。 

調整(zheng)上級開關(guan)柜速斷保(bao)護整(zheng)定值。  

30、啟動過程中(zhong)輸出頻率在(zai)低速震蕩 

有些電(dian)機在低速時(shi),因為齒槽效應等影響,電(dian)流(liu)波(bo)動非常(chang)(chang)大,此(ci)時(shi)變頻器可能出(chu)現(xian)限(xian)流(liu),使得(de)變頻器出(chu)現(xian)加速、限(xian)流(liu)減速等反 復,而無(wu)法正常(chang)(chang)加速。  增加限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)設置; 縮短啟動時(shi)間; 某個單(dan)元(yuan)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓低,更(geng)換此(ci)單(dan)元(yuan); 

31、自動旁(pang)(pang)路柜自動旁(pang)(pang)路時上級開關柜跳(tiao)閘 

查看旁路柜中延時吸合時間(jian)(jian)繼電器(qi)的(de)時間(jian)(jian)是否(fou)(fou)在1.5S——3S之間(jian)(jian); 開關柜整定值是否(fou)(fou)太小(應該在電機額定電流的(de)5倍以(yi)上(shang)); 將開關柜的(de)速(su)斷保護時間(jian)(jian)設定為大于0.1S。  

32、外接端子(zi)有感應交流電(dian)壓 

可能是遠程(cheng)啟動/停機(ji)、高壓(ya)分(fen)斷、系統復(fu)位信號(hao)線感應電壓(ya),建議無源信號(hao)與220V交流(liu)電源分(fen)開布(bu)線,此(ci)種情況最好(hao)用(yong)屏(ping)蔽線兩端接(jie)地; 

可(ke)能(neng)是遠控(kong)箱上的信號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)與電源線(xian)(xian)綁在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)(qi)引起(qi)(qi)的感應電壓,建議在(zai)遠控(kong)箱重新布線(xian)(xian),無(wu)緣信號(hao)(hao)最好也用屏蔽(bi)線(xian)(xian),而(er)且屏蔽(bi)  線(xian)(xian)剝線(xian)(xian)盡量(liang)不要太長; 4-20mA電流信號(hao)(hao)有交流感應電壓(10V以(yi)下),可(ke)以(yi)用一(yi)個275V/0.33uf接在(zai)電流信號(hao)(hao)與地(di)之(zhi)間。
